Go open the Users & Groups pane, you will see a list of apps which will start-up automatically when you start your Mac.
Click on the Apple icon at the top left corner, select System Preferences on the sub-menu. I suspect that you’d have to say Quicken 2007 but others in the Forum might know for sure. Tips can manually disable start-up item on Mac.

I can’t help you how to answer if they ask what version of Quicken you’re using. Just remember to NOT mention Moneydance! They only know Quicken issues. I’ve always found them to be very helpful. Unless you provide more details other folks can’t offer comments or suggestions. With those specifics perhaps others on the Forum can say if they’re having similar problems. I do have several suggestions though.You need to provide a great deal more information such as what version of Moneydance you’re using, what operating system you are using, more specifics on what has been down, checking, brokerage account, stock prices? What do you mean by “down”? I am using both Quicken 2007 and Quicken 2017 for all my Schwab accounts and have not experienced any problems. I just checked and the checking account is working fine. The best I can tell you is that I’m using Moneydance 2017.5 (1639) with Mac Os 10.12.6 and only use Moneydance for my Schwab Checking Account, not any Brokerage Accounts. I’m sorry, but I can’t help you directly.
